Iran to allow crypto payments for international trade Report revealed

On 10th January 2022 the head of the Trade Promotion Organization of Iran said that the Central Bank of Iran and the Ministry of Industries, Mining and Trade have agreed to interface the CBI crypto stage to the Comprehensive Trade System, which permits organizations to utilize cryptocurrency to settle expenses to foreign associates.
Iran’s deputy minister of Industry, Mine and Trade and top of Iran’s Trade Promotion Organization, or TPO, Alireza Peyman-Pak said that the new payment mechanism is relied upon to be finished “within the next two weeks.”
“We are finalizing a mechanism for operations of the system. This should provide new opportunities for importers and exporters to use cryptos in their international deals,” IBENA cited Peyman Pak as saying.
The Iranian government is purportedly setting up a mechanism to empower the utilization of cryptocurrencies in global exchange.
